I started Photomojo to help people improve their online experience. Many people downgrade themselves with subpar images. Photomojo makes it easy and affordable for anyone to have great quality, authentic photos.
On professional networking sites, without an image you run the risk of being overlooked. I learned from experience: My LinkedIn profile photo was blank for a long time. I took the time for a photo shoot. A colleague admired the photo and was willing to help me network.
It's similar with online dating profiles. Online dating is fun, but can be frustrating. Initially, when I was online dating, my profile was not attracting many matches. So I experimented. Changes to wording helped. But when I changed the photos, the difference was profound. Photos that represented me, who I really am, attracted suitable matches.
This isn’t a unique experience: whoever you are, and the type of relationship you seek, can be visually communicated with photos. You’ll attract suitable matches, have better dates, and ultimately get into the relationship you seek.

Affordable, and effective. Go for three essential shots and get noticed. Studies show that three (or four) photographs are the ideal number for dating profiles. We'll recommend shots from the session, but you make the final choice.

How to order
1 Selection. Make your selection with “Order Now”. This action will take you to the shopping cart. Enter enter your information, a promo code if you have one, and pay by credit card, confirming your order.
2 Confirmation. A confirmation email is automatically sent to the email you provided.
3a Scheduling. Within a few hours of confirmation, we’ll contact you to schedule a date, time and location for your shoot.
3b Questionnaire. We’ll send you a brief questionnaire designed to understand your needs and get to know you a little before the shoot. It helps the photographer offer suggestions, plan, and can save time during the shoot. (Questionnaire is optional and not offered for the Mini.)
4 Submit Questionnaire. Return the completed questionnaire by email.
5 Phonecall. A ten-minute phone call to review what to expect during the photo shoot, answer questions you might have, make suggestions, and confirm the location.
6 Photo Shoot. Relax and enjoy it!
7 Image Selection. 24 to 48 hours after the shoot a photo proof from the session will be uploaded to a secure Client Viewing Site. We’ll indicate the photos we think are the best, but you make final selects.
8 Final Action. Tell us your photo choices and we’ll email them to you promptly.
Upload your new photos to your profile!
Note: For the Mini, Actions 7 and 8 do not apply. We email the photo directly to you either same day or next morning.

What is Photomojo?
We offer photography services for online profiles. Photomojo believes that photography showing the real you is the most effective for online profiles. For dating profiles, our aim is to improve the opportunities of attracting someone that is truly interested in who you are, and not be misled by irrelevant photos.
Does Photomojo offer services for my profile other than photography?
Yes. We offer Photo Audits—we'll review your profile photos and provide feedback—and Profile Audits—a review of your profile followed by a consultation and suggestions via phone or Skype. What is natural light photography?
We use natural light—no studios, or special lighting, or forced poses—to capture you in the most real way possible.
What are your hours, for example, can I have my photo session on the weekend?
Yes. We accommodate most people's work schedules with early morning, evening, lunchtime, and weekend sessions. Contact us with your request and we'll make it happen.
Do I get to change my clothes so that all the photos aren't the same outfit?
Yes. Feel free to bring a change of clothes, or different shirts. Or a hat. Whatever your style is, we will do our best to reflect this in the photos.
Should I wear a lot of makeup?
In terms of makeup, apply it the way you normally would, or how you might do your makeup for a date, or other event. (We'll have face powder and cover up on hand for shiny foreheads, or to minimize shadows, but feel free to bring your own.)
Where do the Mini Sessions take place?
At convenient locations in Manhattan, and Jersey City that have good lighting, background and atmosphere. Each week there will be at least two choices of times/locations.
Where do the photo sessions (Essential Three and Eleven Plus) take place?
Either you can choose a location, or we can make a suggestion. You can choose somewhere important to you, or that will help define who you are. Our suggestions will be based on good lighting, background, atmosphere, and information about you in the questionnaire and phonecall.
